These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the c6zz platform and all of its services. By accessing the c6zz website, opening an account, or using any service, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the c6zz platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods can be used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Funds deposited into the account are intended solely for use on c6zz's own gaming services. Depositing on behalf of a third party or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour after verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Depositing from multiple accounts under the same payment method is prohibited.
• c6zz reserves the right to hold any unusual transaction for review.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.

2.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are detected, c6zz reserves the right to immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For larger deposits: depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Wagering is counted from valid bets only; cancelled or void bets do not count.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time; the next bonus activates once wagering on the current bonus is complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.

3.3 Other Promotions

c6zz may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have specific terms that will be clearly stated alongside that offer. To take advantage of any offer, you must follow the specific terms of that offer. Attempting to repeatedly use or abuse the same offer may result in account closure.

c6zz's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier based on your play consistency and activity on the platform. VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. c6zz's decision is final in determining cashback amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c6zz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system to gain funds.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Treating c6zz staff in a disrespectful manner.

Violating these rules may result in c6zz closing an account without prior notice and all balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on c6zz are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and independent. Previous results do not influence future results. c6zz is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment.

6.2 Service Interruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, connectivity loss, or system maintenance. In such situations c6zz will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution, though compensation cannot be guaranteed in every case. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, c6zz reserves the right to correct that amount.

6.3 Game Providers

• A gaming session being interrupted due to internet connectivity loss.
• Data loss caused by an issue with the user's own device.
• Losses arising from interruptions to third-party services.
• Indirect or special losses, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
